Good Morning Church family;
You are all probably busy preparing for the fast-approaching Christmas season. And for some of you, your plans have no doubt been affected by the lock-down measures that have been recently put in place by the Ontario Government. This past year has been like no other in recent memory; we had hoped when this virus began last spring that it would have subsided by this time, but that is not the case.
We look to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for our source of strength; for the disappointments of this present season and for the uncertainties of 2021. I am comforted by the phrase of Isaiah 7:14 that says that she (Mary) will call his name Immanuel – God is with us!
Don’t forget that fact – God is with us; regardless of our fears, worries, concerns for the future.
He Is With Us!
We look forward to being with you either at church or via livestream on Christmas Eve at 6:30 p.m. for a beautiful time of song, scripture and sharing in the joy of the season. As it turns out; this will be the last opportunity for us to meet in person for a couple of weeks as the lock-down in Northern Ontario will take us into the New Year. In the mean-time, I will be preparing livestream messages for you to view for the next 2 Sundays. I greatly anticipate meeting with you again at church on Sunday,10 Jan 2021!
